Lonni Trykowski, Rancho Tierra Grande, Carmel Valley
?It?s not IF you have a catastrophic wildfire, but WHEN.? This warning from a Fire Prevention Officer in Carmel Valley over ten years ago prompted Lonni to get serious about neighborhood fire safety. As the Rancho Tierra Grande Homeowners Association Safety Chair, she joined the Monterey Fire Safe Council in 1998. Having served as Board Secretary for four years, she also served as President of the Board of Directors.
Lonni encourages landowners and stakeholders throughout Monterey County to join MFSC's alliance with businesses, and all local, state and federal fire agencies in spearheading the Fire Safe Projects that can make community firesafety real on the ground.
Lonni is a practicing physical therapist, specializing in geriatrics.
